To support our rapidly growing customer base, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as an empathetic customer advocate, problem solver, and consultant. You’ll support our growing customer base by conducting time bound 1:1 engagements for customers to help teams adopt software in the most critical stages of their business lifecycle. You will leverage change management strategies, project management skills, workflow creativity and deep product knowledge to consult with our customer base on how to best use the software for their specific needs.
