In very good company

We are proud to sit alongside some exceptional businesses. These are companies creating real value: new products, new jobs, and new ways for customers to work and live. Growth at this level is never luck. It comes from teams who listen to customers, move quickly, and deliver.

For Generation Digital, it is also recognition for our clients and partners. Every point of growth on that chart is a team that adopted AI, changed how it works, and saw a return.

Is this Generation Digital's first FT ranking?

No. In March 2025, Generation Digital was listed in the FT1000: Europe's Fastest-Growing Companies 2025, the FT's ranking of the 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe. Being listed in the new UK ranking shows the growth has continued. We have moved from a European growth list to a UK list measured over a later period, 2022 to 2025.

This sustained growth matters to clients. A transformation partner needs to be here in three years' time, with the people and partner access to support you as AI changes.

Where is Generation Digital's growth coming from?

Our growth comes from enterprise clients in the UK, US and Canada. These organisations are moving from AI pilots to rollouts across the whole business. They want one partner who can advise, implement, train and prove the return across all three markets. With teams in the UK, US, Canada and Ireland, we work in clients' time zones and understand their regulatory context.

Why is growth accelerating now? The $40 trillion opportunity

AI is no longer a pilot. It is becoming the way work gets done. Anthropic sizes the addressable market for enterprise AI at around $40 trillion. That is not a software number. It is the value of knowledge work: the analysis, drafting, coding, reviewing and decision support done by professionals every day. We explore this in Anthropic (ANT): the greatest business ever built? Inside the $40 trillion opportunity.

Most organisations have bought AI licences. Far fewer have changed how their people work. That gap is where the value sits, and it is why demand for our work keeps growing. Clients do not need more tools. They need:

  • a clear plan that links AI to business outcomes

  • the platforms set up securely and connected to their data

  • people who are trained, confident and using AI every day

  • proof that the investment pays back

This opportunity is what is fuelling our growth this year, and it will drive our growth in the years ahead. Most of that $40 trillion has not yet been captured. Every enterprise that moves from licences to real adoption adds to it, and every agent that takes on a workflow adds more. We are early in a long cycle, and we are building the team, the partnerships and the methods to grow with it.

How is the UK public sector investing in AI transformation?

The UK public sector is investing in AI to improve services and productivity. Government has made AI adoption a national priority through the AI Opportunities Action Plan. Central government departments, the NHS, local councils and universities are now moving from trials to real deployment.

Generation Digital is active on government frameworks, including the G-Cloud 15 framework. This gives public sector organisations a fast, compliant route to buy our AI advisory, implementation, adoption and training services, including Claude rollouts. See our G-Cloud 15 services and public sector pages.

Who does Generation Digital partner with?

We are partner-led, and we are partnered with some of the greatest companies in the world. Our growth is built on close relationships with the leading AI and work-management platforms:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — Generation Digital is a certified partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. Our Claude specialists roll out Claude Enterprise and Team, Claude Code and Claude training for organisations in the UK, US and Canada. Learn more on our Claude partner page.

  • Asana — As an Asana Platinum partner, we help teams plan, track and automate work, now including AI Studio and AI agents.

  • Canva — As a Canva Certified Services partner, we help marketing and brand teams create on-brand content at scale with Canva's AI tools.

  • Miro — As a Miro Premier partner, we bring AI into how teams plan, design and work together.

These platforms are stronger together. With MCP integrations, Claude can work directly in Asana, Canva and Miro. That is how AI moves from chat to real work.

What does Generation Digital do?

Generation Digital is an AI transformation consultancy. We take organisations from strategy to measurable return, across six services:

  • Advisory: AI strategy, use-case selection, governance and roadmap

  • Implementation: Secure set-up, SSO, data connections, integrations and agent build

  • Adoption: Change management, champions networks and usage tracking

  • Training: Role-based training for leaders, teams and developers

  • Optimisation: Workflow redesign, licence right-sizing and continuous improvement

  • ROI / TCO business case: Cost, benefit and total cost of ownership models that finance teams can sign off

The business case is often where we start. A clear ROI and TCO model gets budget approved, sets the targets for adoption, and shows the board what success looks like.

What is agentic work management?

Agentic work management means AI agents doing real tasks inside the systems where work is planned and tracked. Instead of a person moving every task forward, agents triage requests, draft content, update projects and report on progress. People stay in control, and approve, guide and check.

For example, an agent built with Claude can read a new request, create the project in Asana, draft the brief, produce first designs in Canva, and flag risks to the project owner. This is the next step in our work: AI agents connected to the platforms our clients already use, with governance designed in from day one.

What's next for Generation Digital?

We will keep investing where clients need us most:

  • more Claude specialists across the UK, US and Canada

  • deeper agent build and MCP integration work

  • more public sector delivery through G-Cloud 15

  • published benchmarks from our own engagements, so clients can compare their results

Thank you to our clients, our partners at Anthropic, Asana, Canva and Miro, and the Generation Digital team. This recognition belongs to all of you.
